The column covers I bought are excellent quality but the customer service is even better. I had made a mistake on the order form and called to correct it and was met with the most professional, most helpful customer service I’ve ever dealt with. My error was corrected immediately and a follow up confirmation arrived while still on the phone reflecting the update. I also did not order the caps for the columns because I intended to build them in the field but American Porch reached out just to double check I hadn’t forgotten to order them. The feeling I got was a real family operation that cares about their customers and the products they deliver.
